Paris Saint-Germain was founded in 1970 and plays at the Parc des Princes. The Eiffel Tower is on the crest. It was founded on 12 August 1970 through a merger of Paris FC and Stade Saint-Germain. A fleur-de-lis on the crest recalls Saint-Germain-en-Laye, the town it grew out of. The club’s colors are blue, red and white.
