What's actually in the way
Master technical remote setups.
Keep audiences deeply engaged.
Four things that keep a good facilitator running the same session as everyone else.
You've meant to build a real setup for months. It's still on the list.
Everything "professional" looked like it takes more time than you have.
You don't think of yourself as a tech person. You just want it to look like you.
Windows, tabs, camera angles, all live, with about one hand free.
Most people are using what they build here in their very next session.
Same tools, completely different session
beforeEvery session starts with a scramble across tabs and windows.
afterYou move between views mid-sentence, without anyone noticing the switch.
beforeOne flat camera view for the whole session.
afterVisuals and scene changes that keep people watching, not multitasking.
beforeA setup you've never actually built.
afterA setup that's yours: dialed in, and automated so you're not touching ten switches.
beforeYou run the tech and hope the room stays with you.
afterYou read the room and keep it, because the tech runs itself.
What actually changed
Javier LlerenaLead Conductor Facilitator, Re-Invent Consulting
Nathy RavezFounder of "La Workshoppeuse", La Workshoppeuse“Said is simply amazing at breaking down the tech stuff behind awesome virtual events, making it super fun and easy to get! 🌟 He helped me shake off my tech fears and took me through everything step by step. In just a few hours, we got my virtual stage up and running with OBS and Streamdeck, and it’s been a game-changer for my work and how much I enjoy it. 🚀 If you wanna build your own virtual stage and make your online sessions sparkle, Said is your go-to guy, all with a ton of laughs and a little magical tricks along the way! Big thanks to the facilitainer! 🙌 . Nathy Ravez | La Workshoppeuse”
Angela KörnerTrainer & Coach, Angela Körner“There is so many things I loved about the masterclass! First of all, Said made it not only look easy but also applying was super easy with his support. The masterclass was very practical and hands-on. We did everything on the spot together and got immediate help if something did not work out. Said helped me to not get overwhelmed by OBS but to really have fun with it. And that is another thing I want to mention. Everything Said is doing is combined with fun. His creativity seems to be endless and is inspiring. With all that said (what a pun ;-)), it helped me use OBS in all my online settings and with that create more fun and interactivity to the sessions. I would absolutely recommend to work with Said. But be prepared...you will get addicted! Thank you, Said!”
Your 4-session game plan
This virtual facilitation masterclass has you design, build, and deliver a real virtual session, in that order, with feedback at every step.
Setup. Create. Explore. Navigate. Execute.
Camera, mic, and tech stack sorted so nothing fights you mid-session.
OBS scenes and overlays built for your sessions, not a generic template.
Stream Deck automation: one-touch scene switches instead of fumbling.
Real-time facilitation moves: reading the room, redirecting a flat moment.
Run a live session end to end, with feedback, before it's the one that counts.

How the sessions actually run
Lucie AgoliniVisual Experience Designer, CNVS“I attended Said's 'OBS Studio - Starter' and 'Facilitaining Masterclass' courses, and I can’t recommend the quality and value of his content enough 🙌. I love the density of the materials and the way it’s delivered in easy to follow practical steps. You learn so much and yet time flies by while you’re having fun. If you host Zoom meetings and want to present yourself more professionally, or want to keep your audience engaged with meaningful visuals (all using OBS Studio), Said's your guy. He will teach you from the ground up in a warm, effective format with valuable results. Don’t hesitate to sign up, the results are worth every euro spent and more!!”
Siddharta“Before I took Said's masterclass, I had only heard about OBS from watching Twitch streams. I had taken a look at OBS before, but it was just so intimidating and looked so complex. Said's masterclass (which was available at an Asia-friendly time - THANK YOU) took me step by step through the whole process. After the first session, I was already using OBS in a client training. By the end, I had a really professional-looking setup that was a lot more interesting and engaging for the participants. Not only OBS, but also using Elgato Stream Deck to coordinate everything in a professional way. This is a real zero-to-one class. With this background, I can make use of the ton of material that is available online for OBS.”
Rejena BuckleyVP Operational Excellence and Quality, Radwell International“The approach Said takes in the class is comfortable and interactive. He helps everyone understand as well as apply learning. The way he shows you how to create the game board makes it so easy. I highly recommend his courses. Anyone wanting to enhance their facilitation and game creation capabilities, this course is for you! Said is definitely passionate about sharing his knowledge and learning, and he continues to add new things in every interaction. I learned a great deal!”

Still deciding?
Marek SzeszyckiFounder, Facilitator & Strategist, With Courage Studio“Until I committed to this cohort, I kept putting off building my virtual setup. The structure of accountability and learning by doing made all the difference. Over the 5 days, Said helped me build a solid baseline of knowledge about the resources and a reusable template foundation that I continue to build on (I'm loving my Stream Deck). If you're ready to simplify how you facilitate and genuinely stand out on camera, Said's tailored coaching gives you the skills and the confidence to make that happen. Highly recommended.”
Alice KoFounder, Reframed Coaching“This was hands-down the most valuable investment I’ve made in my business since earning my coaching certification. Said is THE digital tools facilitation expert. He’s also approachable, hilarious, client-focused, and brings so much positive energy to every session. He’s a walking library of everything you need to know about running engaging, high-impact online experiences. Said's trainings are a MUST for any coach, trainer, facilitator, project manager, or anyone leading virtual meetings. I guarantee learning from Said will 10x (at least, if not more) the clarity, confidence, and effectiveness of your sessions. If every person who ever runs online meetings learned just one thing from Said, we’d all learn faster, collaborate better, and actually enjoy being in an online meeting. Thank you so much, Said!”
Matt RobinsonFounder, Thinking Out Louder“This masterclass was a fantastic investment. I was able to immediately put the techniques into practice, and my clients were blown away by the visual quality of my OBS scenes. The game changer for me, however, was how accessible everything became. My new Stream Deck setup has transformed my workflow, allowing me to focus on the session content instead of feeling like a slightly panicked octopus searching across multiple screens for the right button or switch. It’s a much more relaxed experience for me, and far more engaging for my clients.”

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before joining the Virtual Facilitation Masterclass
Before you enroll
Is this virtual masterclass beginner-friendly?
Yes. This masterclass is built for all levels, especially if you're new to tools like OBS or Stream Deck. You'll get step-by-step guidance, live demos, and hands-on support. No tech wizardry required.
What exactly will I learn?
You'll learn how to design and deliver standout virtual sessions using OBS Studio, Stream Deck, and more. We'll cover camera presence, tech setup, audience engagement, visual overlays, automation shortcuts, and real-time facilitation tricks. All of it built to keep people leaning in instead of checking email.
How much time does it take?
4 live sessions, 2 hours each, over 2 weeks. Sessions run Tuesday and Thursday across two weeks, so you get a few days between each one to apply what you built before the next session.
What language is the masterclass in?
English. Both cohorts, all four sessions, the replays, and your 1:1 coaching session.
What software do I need?
You'll need OBS Studio (free) and Stream Deck App (also free). We'll use a few helper tools for graphics and automation, but nothing complex or expensive. Everything we use will be clearly explained and beginner-friendly.
What hardware is recommended?
You'll need a laptop or desktop with at least 8GB RAM, plus a microphone and webcam for hands-on practice. A second monitor makes multitasking smoother. A Stream Deck isn't required, but it's highly recommended if you want to level up your workflow.
Cohorts, signup, and billing
What's the difference between East and West cohorts?
Both cohorts cover the exact same content, just at different times to suit your schedule. Choose the time slot that works best for your time zone or energy level.
How can I catch up if I miss a session?
If you miss a session, you're welcome to join the other cohort that day if the time fits for you. Plus, all sessions are recorded and shared with you for replay anytime. I also recap key points in the next session, so you never fall behind.
What happens after I sign up?
You'll get a confirmation email with everything you need: Zoom links, dates, and times. A calendar invite keeps your schedule sorted. Before the masterclass begins, I'll also send a couple of reminder emails with extra tips to help you get set up and ready to shine.
Can my employer pay? Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Checkout runs on Stripe, where you can enter company billing details and a VAT ID, and your invoice is issued there. The listed price is excl. VAT.
Support and bonus
What's included in the bonus 1:1 coaching sessions?
You'll get one 60-minute private coaching session after the masterclass. These are tailored to you: feedback on your setup, help applying what you learned, or support adapting tools like OBS or Stream Deck to your workflow.
Can I use this with MS Teams, Meet, or Butter?
Yes. While Zoom is the main demo platform, everything you learn (from OBS scenes to engagement strategies) works across Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Butter, and more. Your 1:1 coaching session is also a great space to focus on your preferred platform.
What if I already know OBS and Stream Deck?
Then this masterclass will help you go beyond the basics. We'll explore creative setups, workflow upgrades, and pro-level facilitation techniques. Plus, with live interaction and 1:1 coaching, you'll discover ways to use your tools more intentionally and impactfully.
What if I run into tech issues during the class?
No problem. I'll provide tech support to help you fully participate. And if something goes wrong, you'll have access to the session recording so you won't miss a thing. You can also bring any follow-up questions to your 1:1 coaching session.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. You'll receive an official certificate of completion after the masterclass. It's a great way to showcase your new skills and your commitment to engaging, professional virtual facilitation.
Will there be future masterclasses?
Yes. I regularly run new cohorts and update the content based on feedback and new tools. If the current dates don't work for you, join the newsletter and you'll hear about the next cohort first, or reach out and I'll keep you in the loop.
